Information:
Please allow 24 hours for an online appointment reply, 48 hours for requests made on Saturday and Sunday.
Appointments are confirmed the day before. Every effort is made by the salon to have our guests' schedule of services flow comfortably throughout the day. As might be expected with any personalized service, delays may occur.
If you are new to the salon, arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out new client information cards is appreciated.
If you have long hair please let the receptionist know when you book your appointment so that we may allow extra time.

Cancellation Policy
Our professionals reserve their time for your appointments; a 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling and cancellations is appreciated.
All Bridal Packages require a 2-week cancellation notice.
